电动卷帘门装置要领和办法：
Installation method and steps for electric rolling shutter door:
1、先在需要装置的门框框口位置画出线。标明尺寸巨细，然后找事情人员设计出合适的电动卷帘门，这里值得注意的一点是框内高度比门扇的高度要高一点点。
1. First, draw a line at the position of the door frame opening that needs to be installed. Please indicate the size and ask the staff to design a suitable electric rolling shutter door. It is worth noting that the height inside the frame is slightly higher than the height of the door leaf.
2、先把电动卷帘门的门框牢固，这里要先拆掉门框下部的牢固板。(注意：洞口两侧地面要预留凹槽，经校正及格后，牢固木楔，门框铁脚与预埋铁板件焊牢。用水泥砂浆或强度不低于10MPa细石混凝土嵌塞牢固即可。)
2. First, fix the door frame of the electric rolling shutter door. Here, you need to remove the fixing plate at the bottom of the door frame. (Note: grooves should be reserved on both sides of the entrance, and after being calibrated and qualified, wooden wedges should be fixed. The door frame iron feet should be welded firmly to the embedded iron plate parts. Cement mortar or fine stone concrete with a strength of not less than 10MPa can be used to embed them firmly.)
3、装置电动卷帘门扇主体门扇。一定要包管电动卷帘门与墙体结成整体，关闭性要做好，再粉刷洞口及墙体。粉刷完毕后，门缝应均匀平整，开启电动卷帘门应该自由轻便，不得有过紧、过松和反弹现象。

1、按设计型号，查阅产品说明书和电气原理图。检查产品外貌处理和零附件。量测产品各部位基本尺寸。检查门洞口是否与卷帘门尺寸相符;导轨、支架的预埋件位置、数量是否正确。
1. Refer to the product manual and electrical schematic diagram according to the design model. Check the surface treatment and accessories of the product. Measure the basic dimensions of each part of the product. Check if the door opening matches the size of the rolling shutter door; Are the positions and quantities of pre embedded parts for guide rails and brackets correct.
2、丈量洞口标高，弹出两导轨垂线及卷筒中心线。
2. Measure the elevation of the opening and mark the vertical lines of the two guide rails and the centerline of the drum.
3、将垫板电焊在预埋铁板上，用螺丝牢固卷筒的左右支架，装置卷筒。卷筒装置后应转动灵活。
3. Weld the pad onto the pre embedded iron plate, fix the left and right brackets of the drum with screws, and install the drum. The drum should rotate flexibly after installation.
4、装置减速器和传动系统。

9、装置水幕喷淋系统，并与总控制系统连接。

10、试车。先用手去试运行，再用电动机启闭数次，调解无卡住、阻滞及异常。

自动门水晶卷帘门装置要领和办法
Installation method and steps for automatic door crystal roller shutter door
1、看手动链条是否向下，在将电机牢固在主板上，在把链条牢固在轮盘和电机底座齿轮连接(一定上紧)在将�？亟酉吆杏氲缁�，试下手柄是否倒置，如倒置�？亟邮蘸胁喾接行醇�，向另一方拨动助即可。
1. Firstly, check if the manual chain is down. Fix the motor on the motherboard, connect the chain to the wheel and motor base gear (make sure to tighten it), and connect the remote control junction box to the motor. Try to reverse the handle. If the remote control receiver box is reversed, there is a black button on the side, and turn it to the other side to assist.
2、用尺子量主板和副板的外边看下尺寸是否正确，如正确把轴上在侧板上，注意要先把轴打一条水平线，再用10个钻头打孔50公分，1个一定要直，再用14的镙母焊在轴上，记着要与轴上的孔笔直在焊，一定要焊牢固，再把帘子的片的中心与轴上的孔对齐用10个的钻头打孔一定要笔直(也可以用快丝牢固)。
2. Measure the outer edges of the main and auxiliary boards with a ruler to see if the dimensions are correct. If the axis is correctly placed on the side board, make sure to first draw a horizontal line on the axis, then use 10 drill bits to drill a hole of 50cm, one of which must be straight, and then weld it to the axis with a 14 screw nut. Remember to weld it perpendicular to the hole on the axis, and make sure to weld it firmly. Then align the center of the first piece of the curtain with the hole on the axis and drill it vertically with 10 drill bits (or fix it with a quick wire).
3、在将卷帘门帘片穿好两侧用封头封好用拉铆钉拉住(记着开始封各一片封一个)。
3. After threading the rolling shutter door curtain, seal both sides with sealing heads and pull them with rivets (remember to start sealing one piece each).
4、封完后用绳翻过轴把帘子打个孔一头一个用绳拴住，别一端用人拽住，按下手柄的上升键，使轴运行将帘子带上去，镙丝杆把帘子和轴连在一起(水平要拧紧加垫)再把帘子升上去，一定要牢固。
4. After sealing, use a rope to flip over the shaft and make a hole in the curtain. Tie one end with a rope, and hold the other end with a person. Press the up button on the handle to make the shaft run and bring the curtain up. Connect the curtain and shaft together with a screw rod (tighten and pad horizontally), and then lift the curtain up firmly.
5、把轨道的一端开成人字口。

6、把卷帘门帘子调平，上下线定位，左边滑轮是上限位，右边是下限位，(凭据现场需要自行调理)。
