一、装置巨细铁板
1、 Installation of large and small iron plates
电动卷帘门巨细铁板的装置又分为笔直装置和水平装置两种，其中笔直装置主要用于大铁板的下口，门洞口向上5cm来确定装置位置。水平装置则是以圆管长度减去门洞长度加2cm除以2，两边平分来确定巨细铁板之间位置装置。小铁板以大铁板的点水平来确认小铁板的水平点装置位置。

三、装置电机

电动卷帘门的电机在装置一定要牢固，链条松紧应适当。电机上的所有接线头需用电工胶带缠紧，禁止将多余电源线纠葛在电机上，以避免电机发热造成的电源线漏电、短路等隐患。

将事先依照尺寸、要求制作好的抗风门导轨立于门洞两侧，注意上下两头需坚持水平。再用螺栓牢固好轨道，结束之后盖好工业门导轨封盖。

六、调试限位

电动卷帘门的限位在电机里，翻开电机外壳，调解门体的上、下限位，要求上限位距离门洞少要有一个底梁位置，下限位与地面要坚持密封。多次重复试验频频，直到上下开门抵达理想位置即可停止。
