防火卷帘调试要注意什么？
1、防火卷帘控制器应进行通电功效、备用电源、火灾报警功效、故障报警功效、自动控制功效、手动控制功效和自重下降功效调试，并应切合下列要求：
1. The fire shutter controller should be debugged for power on function, backup power supply, fire alarm function, fault alarm function, automatic control function, manual control function, and self weight lowering function, and should meet the following requirements:
(1)通电功效调试时，应将防火卷帘控制器划分与消防控制室的火灾报警控制器或消防联动控制设备、相关的火灾探测器、卷门机等连接并通电，防火卷帘控制器应处于正常事情状态。
(1) When debugging the power on function, the fire shutter controller should be connected and powered on to the fire alarm controller or fire linkage control equipment in the fire control room, relevant fire detectors, door rolling machines, etc. The fire shutter controller should be in normal working state.

(2)备用电源调试时，设有备用电源的防火卷帘，其控制器应有主、备电源转换功效。主、备电源的事情状态应有指示，主、备电源的转换不应使防火卷帘控制器爆发误行动。备用电源的电池容量应包管防火卷帘控制器在备用电源供电条件下能正�？煽渴虑�1h，并应提供控制器控制卷门机速放控制装置完成卷帘自重垂降，控制卷帘降下限位所需的电源。
(2) When debugging the backup power supply, the controller of the fire resistant roller shutter equipped with the backup power supply should have the function of switching between the main and backup power supplies. The working status of the main and backup power supplies should be indicated, and the conversion of the main and backup power supplies should not cause the fire shutter controller to malfunction. The battery capacity of the backup power supply should ensure that the fire resistant roller shutter controller can operate normally and reliably for 1 hour under the backup power supply conditions, and the controller should be provided to control the speed release control device of the roller shutter machine to complete the weight drop of the roller shutter and control the power supply required to lower the roller shutter to the lower limit.

检查要领：切断防火卷帘控制器的主电源，视察电源事情指示灯变革情况和防火卷帘是否爆发误行动。再切断卷门机主电源，使用备用电源供电，使防火卷帘控制器事情1h，用备用电源启动速放控制装置，视察防火卷帘行动、运行情况。
Inspection method: Cut off the main power supply of the fireproof roller shutter controller, observe the changes in the power indicator light and whether the fireproof roller shutter has malfunctioned. Cut off the main power supply of the rolling door machine again, use a backup power supply to power the fire shutter controller for 1 hour, start the quick release control device with the backup power supply, and observe the action and operation of the fire shutter.
(3)火灾报警功效调试时，防火卷帘控制器应直接或间接地接收来自火灾探测器组发出的火灾报警信号，并应爆发声、光报警信号。
(3) When debugging the fire alarm function, the fire shutter controller should directly or indirectly receive the fire alarm signal from the fire detector group, and should emit sound and light alarm signals.

检查要领：使火灾探测器组发出火灾报警信号，视察防火卷帘控制器的声、光报警情况。

(4)故障报警功效调试时，防火卷帘控制器的电源缺相或相序有误，以及防火卷帘控制器与火灾探测器之间的连接线断线或爆发故障，防火卷帘控制器均应发出故障报警信号。
(4) When debugging the fault alarm function, if the power supply of the fire shutter controller is out of phase or has incorrect phase sequence, as well as the connection line between the fire shutter controller and the fire detector is broken or malfunctioning, the fire shutter controller should send a fault alarm signal.

检查要领：任意断开电源一相或对调电源的任意两相，手动操作防火卷帘控制器按钮，视察防火卷帘行动情况及防火卷帘控制器报警情况。断开火灾探测器与防火卷帘控制器的连接线，视察防火卷帘控制器报警情况。
Inspection method: Disconnect one phase of the power supply or switch between any two phases of the power supply, manually operate the button of the fire shutter controller, observe the action of the fire shutter and the alarm of the fire shutter controller. Disconnect the connection wire between the fire detector and the fire shutter controller, and observe the alarm status of the fire shutter controller.
(5)自动控制功效调试时，当防火卷帘控制器接收到火灾报警信号后，应输出控制防火卷帘完成相应行动的信号，并应切合下列要求：
(5) When debugging the automatic control function, when the fire shutter controller receives a fire alarm signal, it should output a signal to control the fire shutter to complete the corresponding action and meet the following requirements:
1)控制离开防火分区的防火卷帘由上限位自动关闭全闭。
1) The fire roller shutter that controls the partition of the fire compartment automatically closes from the upper limit to the fully closed position.
2)防火卷帘控制器接到感烟火灾探测器的报警信号后，控制防火卷帘自动关闭中位（1.8m）处停止，接到感温火灾探测器的报警信号后，继续关闭全闭。
2) After receiving the alarm signal from the smoke fire detector, the fire shutter controller automatically closes to the middle position (1.8m) and stops. After receiving the alarm signal from the temperature fire detector, it continues to close until fully closed.
3)防火卷帘半降、全降的行动状态信号应反响到消防控制室。

(6)手动控制功效调试时，手动操作防火卷帘控制器上的按钮和手动按钮盒上的按钮，可控制防火卷帘的上升、下降、停止。
(6) When debugging the manual control function, manually operate the buttons on the fire shutter controller and the buttons on the manual button box to control the rise, fall, and stop of the fire shutter.

(7)自重下降功效调试时，应将卷门机电源设置于故障状态，防火卷帘应在防火卷帘控制器的控制下，依靠自重下降全闭。
(7) When debugging the self weight lowering function, the power supply of the rolling door machine should be set to a fault state, and the fire shutter should be controlled by the fire shutter controller to lower to fully closed by relying on its self weight.
